The team was on time and did a great job. I appreciate them cleaning up and making sure things are good with my elderly mom.

Very happy we made the decision to go with Deyan and his team at ILGCS. They were very responsive, fast, receptive to feedback, and ended up doing a fantastic job with the bathroom remodel. Would definitely recommend them.

Quick and honest communication from the estimate through entire process for a bathroom renovation. Crew was extremely polite and cleaned up as if construction hadn't happened. Reasonable price and delighted with the results.

Deyan and his crew took on our project after some difficulties with a previous contractor.
He was so helpful in sharing details of what needed to be done and communicating clearly with his team and me.
They did a great job finishing our basement, and we are very pleased with how it turned out!

During last January cold weather our pipes froze and we had damage on three levels of the house including drywall, flooring, painting and bathroom issues. We contracted with IL General Construction to fix everything. With any contractor you can only get three things. Those are quality of product/installation, service/reliability and finally, fair price. Usually you can get two of the three. With this family owned business we got all three. They even helped negotiate with our insurance carrier. There is always the intangible of comfort with your contractor. By the end of the process both my wife and I were well beyond satisfied with the entire work process. Suffice it to say that if asked we would only recommend this company to family, friends and anyone else.

Very responsive and did excellent work. They responded immediately to my request for service, showed up when they said they would and did the job well. Highly recommend.
