During last January cold weather our pipes froze and we had damage on three levels of the house including drywall, flooring, painting and bathroom issues.   We contracted with IL General Construction to fix everything.  With any contractor you can only get three things.   Those are quality of product/installation, service/reliability and finally, fair price.  Usually you can get two of the three.  With this family owned business we got all three.  They even helped negotiate with our insurance carrier.  There is always the intangible of comfort with your contractor.  By the end of the process both my wife and I were well beyond satisfied with the entire work process.
